随着ICESEP (2019-2022)的成功举办，我们很荣幸地宣布，第五届能源系统
与电气电力国际学术会议（ICESEP 2023)将于2023年5月19日至21日在中国长沙举
行。 会议主要围绕“能源系统”，“电气工程”，“电力工程”等研究领域展开
讨论。为了弘扬大会精神，拓宽研究思路，了解学术发展趋势，促进学术成果交
流，本次会议将评选出优秀论文和优秀报告奖项。
