鉴于当前全国新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎疫情最新动态，为配合做好疫情防控工作，有效减少人员聚集，阻断疫情传播，更好保障广大专家学者的健康安全，现将AEIC系列学术会议相关事项通知如下：

 AEIC系列会议将正常出版以及提交相关数据库检索（不受会议形式影响）；

原定于2020年2月14日至16日在中国广州举行的2020年第五届电子技术和信息科学国际会议（ICETIS 2020）将推迟至2月28日至3月1日，召开方式改为在线网络会议。具体参会方式将于2月中旬通过官方网站公布和电子邮件通知，请留意。

所有通过网络在线会议形式ICETIS2020会议的作者及参会者，将同时享有一次免费参加其它线下会议的权益。

Dear Author,

Affected by coronavirus, in order to better protect the health and safety of scholars, AEIC made announcements:

AEIC conferences will be published normally and indexed in relevant database (not affected by the conference format);

The 2020 5th International Conference on Electronic Technology and Information Science (ICETIS 2020) , originally scheduled to be held in Guangzhou, China from February 14-16, 2020, will be postponed to February 28-March 1, and were changed to online conferences. 

All authors and participants who participated in the ICETIS2020  online conference, will enjoy a free of registration fee in aother offline conferences.

The specific method of participation will be announced in mid-February through the official website and email notification. Please pay attention.
