• Prof. Paresh Kumar Narayan, Monash University

Biography: Professor Paresh Narayan is an internationally distinguished economist and a globally recognized leader in applied economics, financial markets, and public policy reform. A Clarivate Analytics Highly Cited Researcher in Economics (2017-2022), he ranks among the top 1% of researchers globally, with an h-index of 96 and over 400 peer-reviewed publications. His prolific research spans monetary economics, international finance, climate finance, and macroeconomic policy.

Biography: Rex Stephen Horoi is a distinguished Pacific affairs expert with extensive diplomatic, educational, and development experience. Former Permanent Representative of Solomon Islands to the UN and Ambassador to the US, he has led delegations to key global summits. He holds master’s degrees in applied linguistics and has served as CEO of regional NGOs and education administrator, focusing on community development, climate policy, and language education across the Pacific.

• Dr. Ashlin Alveena Prasad, Asia-Pacific Applied Economics Association

Biography: Ashlin Alveena Prasad, a passionate and inspiring individual from Nadi Fiji,has made significant strides in pageantry, community advocacy, andenvironmental sustainability. At just 18 years old, Ashlin is a high schooltopper from Swami Vivekananda College and is now willing to expand herfurther education in Economics and Business to develop innovative solutionsfor sustainable growth. Her journey reflects a perfect blend of intelligence,leadership, and compassion, making her a remarkable role model for hergeneration.

• Prof. Yaobo Shi, Xi’an University of Technology

Biography: Dr. Yaobo Shi is a Professor, Dean of the Economics Department at Xi’an University of Technology, where he also serves as the Director of the Economic Major and a PhD supervisor. His research interests mainly focus on revealing the long-term impact of rural public products and policies.

• Prof. Jingxiao Zhang, Chang’an University

Biography: Distinguished Professor Vivian W. Y. Tam is the Fellow of the Australian Academy of Technological Sciences and Engineering and a world-leading researcher in the field of construction engineering and management. Her findings have found applications and impact for tackling climate-change issues for green buildings and recycled concrete.

Biography: Dr. Ilan Oshri is the Director of the Centre of Digital Enterprise (CODE) at the University of Auckland Business School. Ilan held academic positions at Rotterdam School of Management and Loughborough University.
