Conference introduction:

Welcome to the 31st Biennial Symposium on Communications 2023 (BSC 2023)!

BSC is a prestigious international research conference in communications, information theory, and signal processing. Started in 1962 by Queen’s University, the Symposium is now presented by the Canadian Society of Information Theory. Its 31st edition was to be hosted by the Concordia University and held in Montreal from July 4 to 7, 2023. We are excited to have influential plenary speakers address important emerging topics in signal processing and communications. Six technical sessions will introduce the latest results in research and development on leading-edge technologies in communications, information theory, and signal processing. We are sure that the plenary talks and paper presentations will stimulate ideas, identify research problems and issues, and promote research collaborations.
