We are thrilled to announce that the 2023 14th International Conference on Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering (ICMAE) will be held in Polytechnic University of Porto, Porto, Portugal from July 18-21, 2023. This conference is co-sponsored by IEEE, Science and Engineering Institute, Tongji University, and technically sponsored by Technical University of Kosice, hosted by University of Porto, patrons with Orleans University, Washington University in St. Louis, Capitol Technology University, University of Huddersfield, Istanbul Technical University, among others.

Call for Papers:

Special Session I: Additive Manufacturing.

The objectives of the session are focused, but not limited on

* Influence of manufacturing/technological conditions on the quality of 3D printed parts

* Life cycle assessment of additively produced products

* Analyses and simulations

* Failure/fracture modes and criterion

* Failure prediction and prevention

* Testing and defects detecting

* Application of AM parts in real practice


Special Session II: Space Power and Propulsion.

This session highlights programmatic and technical issues and promotes exchanges of views and information in the areas of space power and propulsion for spacecraft and for space transportation, expecting attendees with great interests either in the future of space propulsion or the evolution of space activities by the progress of space power and propulsion.

The objectives of the session are focused, but not limited on

* Liquid power and propulsion
* Solid power and propulsion
* Hybrid propulsion
* Electric propulsion
* Airbreathing propulsion
* Combined cycle propulsion
* Small satellite propulsion systems
* Nuclear power and propulsion
* Unconventional and advanced propulsion technology
