Innovation and Research in a broad area of Artificial Intelligence and Smart Commun ication Engineering needs to enhance its capabilities for recent challenges. Recent advances in different domains like Sensor Technologies, Wireless Communications, Computer Vision, Medical Image, Data Processing and globalization of digital society across various social areas have intensified the growth of remote healthcare services. However, several socioeconomic aspects and integration of these services with classical healthcare system remaining as a challenging issue. Apart from these the recent advances in the field of renewable energy systems, smart grid, Smart sensors, control techniques and environmental issues are the key factors of electronics and ICT. Artificial Intelligence (AI) plays a vital role in every area of life now a days. Artificial intelligence not only creates opportunities but also brings greater challenges to the sustainable development of engineering products. AI is helping the next generation of companies to reduce their environmental and social impact by improving efficiency and developing new products. In this perspective, this International Conference brings together the state-of-the-art research works to propose novel architectures, models, and algorithms for solving the emerging challenges in almost all the areas of of Artificial Intelligence and Smart Communication Engineering. Real time analysis in communication system and VLSI Design along prerequisite controls with AI/ML will be more attraction in this conference. The three days International Conference will include talks/tutorials by experts from industry, academia and research organizations. Papers (full paper, work-in-progress, novel idea), poster presentation on various topics related to conference theme are invited. Based on the papers selected for presentation, technical sessions for paper presentation will be scheduled on both the days. Exhibits will be arranged for demonstration of prototypes, models, systems, devices, processes.

AISC 2023 is soliciting original, previously unpublished and high quality research papers addressing research challenges and advances in Artificial Intelligence and Smart Communication. The maximum allowable length of the paper is 8 pages (including figures, tables and references) for regular research articles strictly in IEEE format.
Articles will be Peer-Reviewed by Technical Program Committee and external reviewers to decide its suitability for publication in the conference. Submissions should use the general IEEE template with the minimum font size of 10 points. All papers must include a title, complete contact information for all authors, and keywords on the cover page. The corresponding author should be identified clearly. Papers must be submitted electronically (in doc/docx/ PDF format) via on-line submission using the Easy Chair system at the following link:
