个人简介

宋良刚 法学博士 副教授 硕士研究生导师 美国密歇根大学法学院访问学者 中国法学会法学教育研究会理事 中共北京市委教育工委、北京市教育委员会法律顾问 在《政法论坛》、《法律适用》、《人民司法》等法学期刊发表学术论文多篇。 SONG Liangang is an associate professor and academic adviser for the Master of Laws in the organization of Humanities at BUPT. He earned his Ph.D. in Civil and Commercial Law at China University of Political Science and Law. He was a visiting scholar in the Law organization at the University of Michigan. He currently serves as a council member of Legal Education and Research in China Law Society. He is also a legal consultant for Beijing Municipal Education Commission and its working committee. His main research areas include the theory and practice of commercial law and debt law. He has published a number of academic papers in law journals such as Politics and Law Forum and Law Application and People’s Court.
