    本研究组主要从事经济植物功能分子的发掘、调控与利用方面的研究。主要包括(1)对经济植物中与品质和功效相关的代谢物进行生物合成和调控机制的研究,进而建立经济植物中功能代谢物形成与富集调控技术;(2)对经济植物中功能蛋白进行特性研究,进而应用于食品品质改良与功能提升;(3)对经济植物中功能代谢物生物合成途径中的关键基因进行分离、鉴定和修饰,建立组合生物合成、生物转化等生物工程体系生产高附加值天然产物。
