Shiying Han (M’14) received the B.Eng. degree in communication engineering from Tianjin University, Tianjin, China, the M.Eng. degree in communication and information system from Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications, Beijing, China, and the Ph.D. degree in electrical and electronic engineering from Nanyang Technological University (NTU), Singapore, in 2008, 2011, and 2015, respectively. She was a Research Fellow with NTU-SinBerBEST, the Republic of Singapore’s National Research Foundation through a grant to the Berkeley Education Alliance for Research in Singapore (BEARS) for the Singapore-Berkeley Building Efficiency and Sustainability in the Tropics (SinBerBEST) Program. Her research interests include wireless communications and signal processing with a current focus on cognitive radio, spectrum sharing, and physical resource management.
