彭黎，女，博士，副教授。在帕德博恩大学学习和研究期间，曾参加数个重大科研项目的研究工作。已发表多篇学术论文和一本学术专著。

教育背景:

1983年获湖南大学工学学士学位，1988年获湖南大学工学硕士学位。曾在德国帕德博恩大学（University of Paderborn），Heinz Nixdorf Institute攻读博士学位，2001年获博士学位。
