个人简述:

本人一直从事基因表达调控、细胞信号传导及肿瘤发生分子机制的研究,深入探讨了miRNA功能网络在调控肝纤维化、肝癌增殖、凋亡、转移等过程中的作用以及血液循环miRNA在肝癌早期诊断中的应用,在国际期刊Lancet Oncology、Hepatology、Oncogene、Nucleic Acids Research、Clinical Cancer Research、Cancer Letters等杂志发表论文11篇,影响因子均>5,其中第一共同第一、共同通讯作者4篇,一篇文章被Faculty of 1000推荐阅读,h因子9。
