个人简述:

博士，副研究员，硕士研究生导师。目前，挖掘出28个具有我国自主知识产权的新型模式cry基因，并被国际杀虫基因命名委员会正式命名；发表相关研究论文30余篇：其中以第一作者发表研究论文8篇（SCI收录6篇，核心期刊2篇）；授权国家发明专利4项；主持省部级科研项目4项，作为主研参与国家及省部级项目7项。研究方向：1）水稻重要农艺性状基因的定位克隆及功能研究利用自然变异筛选结合诱变技术，大量筛选与水稻重要农艺性状相关的水稻突变体或特异性状；充分利用图位克隆技术，结合高通量测序等前沿方法，对已经鉴定的有重要利用价值的突变体或特异性状进行基因克隆，证实基因功能，以期为解析水稻高产分子机理、促进杂种优势利用奠定基础。目前集中研究的基因主要包括水稻产量相关基因（结实率、粒重、粒型、穗粒数、分蘖和株高等）和杂种优势利用相关基因（雄性不育、雌性不育、雌雄不育等）两个大类。2）水稻重大虫害的抗性机制利用极端生境Bt菌，分离对水稻重要虫害，特别是稻飞虱等具有杀灭活性新型基因；进一步利用蛋白生测、遗传转化等方法评估这些基因的利用价值3）高产多抗水稻新品种培育充分利用分子标记和转基因（去标记）技术，对目前大面积应用的水稻恢复系、不育系等进行系统的产量、抗病虫性的综合改良，获得综合性状优良、目标性状突出水稻亲本材料；以这些材料广泛配制杂交组合，培育一些优良的杂交水稻新品种。4）优质特色糯稻新品种培育及其稻米深加工产品研发与产业化应用培育米质好、抗逆、高产、富含微量金属元素和抗性淀粉的“三系”糯稻不育系和优良糯稻常规稻。通过“育、繁、推”于一体的有机结合，以及亲本繁育技术、杂交制种技术、加工作业技术和示范栽培技术的研究，同时采用土地流转等模式，应用产业化工程技术体系，实行“集约化、规模化、机械化、标准化、科学化”繁殖、制种、生产和推广。
