李永辉，男，博士，1974.9生，河北鹿泉人，副研究员，2009年毕业于上海医药工业研究院，多年从事中药药效物质基础及新药研究。主持科研项目4项，参与课题4项。在国家核心期刊等发表论文20多篇，参与申报专利11项，授权5项。
