于2006年6月在兰州大学获理学学士学位，2012年6月毕业于兰州大学数学与统计学院生物信息研究所，获应用数学博士学位(硕博连读),期间自2010年9月作为国家公派联合培养博士生赴瑞士访问交流为期一年半，在瑞士苏黎世联邦理工学院(ETH Zurich) 环境科学院理论生物学组学习。
