柯剑，男，爱尔兰都柏林大学（UCD）银行和金融学博士，中央财经大学会计学博士；讲师。主要研究方向：证券市场价格波动与定价，上市公司信息披露与基金投资行为，会计准则实施后果与信息不对称问题。讲授的课程包括：会计全英班《Principles of Accounting》、《中级财务会计》、《Principles of Corporate Finance》、国际MBA班《Accounting》等。主持或参与多项省部级科研项目，近年的主要科研成果包括：《Research on Volatility Spillover Effects in Financial Markets Based on Copula and Kernel Function》,《An Empirical Analysis of the Volatility Spillover Effect between Primary Stock Markets Abroad and China》等。现任《International Journal of Information Technology & Decision Making》杂志审稿人。
