科研工作:

所从事专业:材料物理与化学,空间材料科学,为魏炳波院士带领的“空间材料科学与技术”重点实验室研究团队成员。 主要工作经历如下: 2015.4~至今,西北工业大学,理学院应用物理系,副教授 2009.5~2015.4,西北工业大学,理学院应用物理系,讲师 研究方向:静电悬浮技术及金属材料快速凝固研究,悬浮无容器条件下新型材料制备及应用性能研究。 1. 静电场中材料的悬浮动态过程研究 通过设计悬浮静电场,样品空间位置光学测量以及建立负反馈控制系统,实现了金属、无机非金属和有机材料的稳定悬浮。特别是实现了自然界密度最大的固体金属铱的稳定悬浮。 2. 静电悬浮条件下金属材料的深过冷 通过静电悬浮技术有效地提高了多种金属材料的过冷水平,过冷度超过经典理论给出的极限过冷度。 3. 深过冷液态金属的热物理性质研究 采用静电悬浮方法,系统测定了液态金属处于过热及过冷态时的密度、比热、表面张力、粘度等热物理性质随温度的变化规律。 4. 金属的快速凝固及凝固组织形成规律 研究了难熔金属的快速凝固过程中的枝晶和共晶生长,在静电悬浮条件下最大生长速度可达50m/s。 5. 研制了一台金属材料静电悬浮原理样机 可以实现金属材料的稳定悬浮,无容器熔凝,热物性测定以及快速凝固过程等方面的研究。 主持和参与的科研项目有: 1. 国家自然科学基金青年项目(51401169),“难熔Nb基共晶合金的静电悬浮快速凝固研究”,2015.1~2017.12,主持人 2. 西北工业大学基础研究基金(JCQ01083),“静电悬浮条件下液滴的振荡规律及内部流动研究”,2014.5~2016.5,主持人 3. 国家自然科学基金重大科研仪器设备研制专项(51327901),“基于静电悬浮的金属材料快速凝固实验系统,2014.1~2018.12,主要参与人 [1] Liang Hu, Shangjing Yang, Lei Wang, Wei Zhai, Bingbo Wei*, “Dendrite growth kinetics of bZr phase within highly undercooled liquid Zr-Si hypoeutectic alloys under electrostatic levitation condition”, Applied Physics Letters, 2017, 110, 164101-1~4.
