个人简介

个人简述:

周尚波,男,博士,教授,博士生导师。四川大学计算数学硕士,电子科技大学电路与系统博士,重庆大学控制科学与控制工程博士后。在重庆航天机电设计院工作期间,先后担任计算机工程部经理,军品所副所长等职,从事航天某系列型号的总体设计、计算机仿真及试验数据处理等工作,发表了多篇重要的航天国防科技报告并实现了相应的系统,为该型号发展做出了重大贡献,获航天062基地首届“十杰青年”的称号。2003年至今在重庆大学计算机学院工作,是 “服务计算团队”学术带头人,“信息物理社会可信服务计算”教育部重点实验室“可信服务计算理论与模型”方向学术带头人。国家自然科学基金、教育部科学技术成果奖励,重庆市、广西省、天津市等自然科学基金通信评审专家。先后主持完成JW20*25050、JW20*2007001等多项军工项目,申请人在确保保密的情况下发表了一定的研究成果,并主持或参与完成多项与图像处理相关的项目,因此在图像特征提取与处理方面具有理论基础及实际工作经验。已在Physics Letters A、Physical Review E、Chaos, Solitons and Fractals、Nonlinear Dynamic、Multimedia Tools Application、Automatica、Commun Nonlinear Sci Numer Simulat、Mathematical Problems in Engineering等国际期刊上发表了120余篇学术论文,其中发表SCI 检索20余篇、EI 检索40余篇,专利授权7项。
