刘立成,男,汉族,湖南邵阳人。现为湖南大学电气与信息工程学院助理教授,硕士生导师。近年来,在国际权威期刊和会议发表论文9篇,其中IEEE会刊长文5篇,中科院一区3篇, ESI高被引论1篇。现主持国家自然科学基金青年基金一项,中央高校基本科研业务费一项,参加国家自然科学基金重点项目和面上项目各一项。
