个人简述:

刘立成，男，汉族，湖南邵阳人。现为湖南大学电气与信息工程学院助理教授，硕士生导师。近年来，在国际权威期刊和会议发表论文9篇，其中IEEE会刊长文5篇，中科院一区3篇， ESI高被引论1篇。现主持国家自然科学基金青年基金一项，中央高校基本科研业务费一项，参加国家自然科学基金重点项目和面上项目各一项。
