科研工作:

1987.4-1993.3，西安冶金建筑学院 建筑工程系 讲师 1993.4-2000.1，在西安高新开发区内企业工作 2004.3-，西北工业大学航空学院讲师、副教授、教授，硕士、博士研究生导师       2004/11－2005/05 在英国Bristol大学、航空工程系作访问学者，与M.I. Friswell教授合作从事飞行器结构动力学优化设计与振动控制研究。      2007/05－2008/05 在美国UIUC大学、航空工程系作访问学者，与L.A. Bergman等教授合作从事非线性动力吸振器理论分析与应用技术研究。
