赵作伟，医学博士，普外科教授，博士生导师，辽宁省特聘教授，大连市领军人才，大连医科大学党委常委，大连医科大学附属第二医院院长。享受大连市政府津贴。获得中国医院协会科技创新奖1项，辽宁省科技进步奖5项，辽宁医学科技奖2项，大连市科技进步奖3项。
