个人简述:

罗建，男，汉族，博士学位。1968年5月出生，西北工业大学副教授、硕士生导师。1987年来校任教，2013年赴新加坡南洋理工大学访问一年。荣誉：1、2003年第四届陕西省青年科技奖 2、2003年优秀青年教师

科研工作:

研究方向1、水下物理场建模与仿真2、数字系统设计与实现3、微弱信号检测与识别4、自组织无线通信系统科研项目主持各类科研项目14项，参加各类科研项目30余项，目前在研项目包括： 1、两项国防预研2、基于无线数字路由隧道应急通信系统（横向）3、道岔融雪无线温度采集系统（横向） 科研成果：1 、获国家科学技术进步二等奖（集体）一项，国家发明四等奖一项，省部级科技进步二等奖五项，省部级科技进步三等奖六项。2、发表论文30余篇，其中EI收录10余篇；申报、授权专利2项。 代表论著：1、  The Design of Underwater Speech Communication Codec System Based on AMBE-3000.
