个人简述:

廉保旺，现任西北工业大学电子信息学院通信工程系主任、教授、博士生导师，西工大--美国德州仪器DSPs实验室主任。一直从事卫星导航定位与无线通信技术的研究，承担过多项国家重点项目，获得省部级科技进步奖6项，发表相关学术论文60多篇，完成的多项科研项目在军队和地方发挥着重要的作用。近年来先后获得省部级科技奖6项（二等奖三项，三等奖三项）
