个人简述:
曹崇江,中国药科大学工学院,教授,博士生导师, 美国UIC与Argonne国家实验室博士后,比利时列日大学博士后,中国食品科学技术学会青年委员。主持国家自然基金面上项目、“十三五”国家重点研发计划子课题、江苏省科技厅自然基金面上项目、江苏省重点研发计划项目等项目10余项,发表Appl. Catal. B、J Power Source、Food Chem.、J Agric. Food Chem.等论文40余篇,执行主编参编专著一部,副主编参编教材多部。获中国商业联合会服务业科技创新奖一等奖。
