个人简介

个人简述:

高武,男,1982年生,湖北麻城人,博士,教授。现任西北工业大学微电子学研究所所长助理、智能传感片上系统中法联合实验室中方联系人,中国电子学会/中国核学会核电子与探测技术微电子专委会委员、强脉冲辐射环境模拟与效应国家重点实验室客座研究员、IEEE会员、中国空间科学协会会员、中国核学会辐射物理分会会员;担任IEEE TNS、NIM A、MEJ、Jint等国际期刊审稿人;担任国家重大基础研究计划“数字诊疗装备研发”专项会评专家(2017),国家自然科学基金青年项目和面上项目函评专家(2013-2016)。2011 年8月参加工作,任西北工业大学计算机学院教师。2012 年10 月特评副教授(引进国外人才破格), 2016年5月破格晋升教授。主讲本科生《模拟集成电路设计》和研究生《前端微电子系统》、《抗辐射集成电路设计》及《纳米CMOS集成电路设计》等课程。2011 年以来,主持国家973计划项目子专题、国家自然科学基金青年科学基金和面上项目、国家863计划项目、陕西省自然科学基金面上项目、陕西省留学人员科技活动项目择优资助项目及横向合作课题等10余项,参与国家重大科学设备仪器专项和国家863计划重点项目各1项。在辐射探测器前端读出集成电路、抗辐射集成电路设计和空间嵌入式系统设计等领域共发表文章40 余篇,包括IEEE Transactions onNuclear Science (TNS) 6篇、Nuclear Instruments andMethods in Physics Research Section A(NIM A)4篇、IEEE Transactions on Instrumentation and Measurement (TIM) 1篇、IEEE Transactions on Biomedical Circuits and Systems (TBioCAS) 1篇,其中,发表在IEEE TIM上的文章获得2013年获IEEE仪器和测量协会Andy Chi最佳论文奖,并在IEEE I2MTC2013上做特邀报告1次。第一作者在电子工业出版社出版专著1本《PET成像前端集成电路设计》、编著教材1本《抗辐射集成电路设计理论与方法》(第1版)。获授权发明专利2项。曾获陕西省科学技术奖一等奖1项(排名第4,2008)、陕西省科学技术二等奖1项(排名第5,2012)、西工大优秀青年教师奖教金一等奖(2012),西北工业大学先进工作者(2013)、IEEE 仪器和测量协会Andy Chi 最佳论文奖(排名第一,2013)、陕西省优秀博士论文奖(2013)、第十二届陕西省自然科学优秀学术论文二等奖(排名第1,2013)。2012年入选西工大“翱翔之星”人才培养计划, 2016年6月入选陕西省创新人才推进计划青年科技新星 。
