李娟:女,教授,博士,博士生导师,六大人才高峰高层次人才,农工民主党员,江苏省农工妇委会委员。药学院,药剂系骨干教师,曾担任药剂学实验室主任20年。教育部优秀硕博论文和新药项目评审专家,国家科技进步奖评审专家,国家重大专项和江苏省科技项目审评专家,2008作为国家新药审评专家,审评过渡期新药。为国外多家SCI杂志Journal of Pharmaceutical Sciences、International Journal of Pharmaceutics、Reactive and Functional Polymers、Advances in Polymer Technology等审稿人。为国内《中国临床药理学与治疗学》、《药学学报》等杂志的审稿人。
