个人简述:

1.创新研究心源性猝死（SCD）致死全基因组突变、特异性分子标志物法医学检测等关键理论和技术，筛选心源性猝死分子靶标、建立SCD法医学分子诊断新方法及技术体系等关键技术，有望在转化应用方面取得重大突破2.体循环组织如骨髓等体循环器官硅藻检出率低、易于污染导致假阳性结果，还存在所用方法对人体有害、对环境污染等不足。课题组研发的新方法及设备在形态学已取得重大突破，在此基础上利用新一代测序等技术，有望从分子水平解决死因及落水点推断等公安业务需解决的重要难题，在环境法医学应用方面有望取得重大突破。3.远亲和复杂亲缘关系鉴定、混合样本解析、从案件现场物证推断个体的族群甚至个体的外貌体征、需要法医学大数据的支持以及生物信息学的精准推断和解析。开展Y染色体等新的遗传标记研究，基于新一代测序技术，对性别、年龄、种族、人体外貌特征推测等可望取得突破进展。
