个人简历：

1995年本科毕业于青海师范大学，2004年于青海师范大学获植物学硕士学位，2007年于西北大学获植物学博士学位，2010年晋升教授，为青海省骨干教师，青海省“135”高层次人才，青海省“自然科学与工程技术学科”带头人，国家精品视频公开课负责人；主持并参与课题12项，其中国家863计划课题1项、国家自然科学基金3项、省部级课题6项。以第1作者（或通讯作者）发表学术论文17篇，其中SCI收录8篇。

科研工作:

研究内容简介：

从事植物资源的保护、开发与利用研究，有“高原植物生理生态”、“资源植物细胞工程”和“抗逆植物分子生物学”3个研究方向。
