个人简述:
阮棉芳(1972-),男,副教授,毕业于上海体育学院研究生部,后就读于美国路易斯安娜州立大学运动科学系,获博士学位。相继在上海体育科学研究所,美国运动医学研究所,李宁公司运动科学研究中心,美国西弗罗里达大学从事运动生物力学研究工作,现为宁波大学体育学院副教授。
科研工作:
主要研究领域为肌肉力学相关的运动技能提高与运动损伤预防,特别是肌纤维水平上的运动技能提升与预防损伤的机制。下一步的研究计划是结合超声在体人体肌肉形态参数测试与人体3D运动数据,探讨短时干预(肌肉拉伸,抗阻训练等)对运动表现及受伤风险的影响。
