个人简介

个人简述:

姚玉华,1973年3月生,博士,教授,浙江省生物信息学学会理事,中国计算系统生物学学会会员。2001年9月入读大连理工大学应用数学系硕士,研究方向是生物数学(常微分方程数值解及其应用),2003年9月直读博士,开始转入计算生物学、生物信息学领域,研究方向是信息获取及模型构建。2006年6月毕业获理学博士学位,进入浙江理工大学生命科学学院工作,为生物信息学研究组负责人。在计算生物信息学和生物数学领域发表论文50余篇,其中被SCI检索40篇。目前主持国家自然科学基金一项。参与完成国家自然科学基金一项,主持完成浙江省自然科学基金项目两项,参与浙江省自然科学基金四项。主持的系列论文《数学方法在生物序列分析中的应用》获2009年浙江省高等学校科研成果二等奖。
