个人简述:
潘建义,博士,副教授,硕士生导师,浙江理工大学生命科学学院生物化学学科组副主任。现主要从事从事病原菌的抗免疫及免疫蛋白质组学研究,致力于揭示病原菌蛋白质翻译后修及外膜蛋白在毒力及耐药中的作用及分子机制,以期由此发现新型作用靶点或疫苗靶位,从跟本上改变靶点的发现模式,为新药研制和临床抗感染治疗提供新思路,实现药物研制的源头创新。自2010 年以来,以第一或通讯作者在Sci Rep, J Proteome Res, Res Microbiol, Mol BioSyst, Vaccine, Mar Biotechnol,中华微生物学与免疫学报等国内外专业期刊发表学术论文二十余篇,在国际人类蛋白质组组织 (HUPO)、AIChE及中国生化及分子生物学学会等国内外会议上发表会议论文(摘要)9篇;申请国家发明专利2项;以项目负责人主持国家自然科学基金、浙江省自然科学基金、浙江省科技厅公益性技术应用研究计划项目、以及厅局级项目 (部分项目已结题),以第二完成人承担国家自然科学基金及浙江省自然科学基金等国家及省部级项目共6项。
