个人简述:

贺平安，博士，教授，浙江生物信息学学会副理事长，中国仿真学会青年工作委员会委员。2003年毕业于大连理工大学计算数学专业，获理学博士学位；2003-2005年在复旦大学理论生命科学研究中心做博士后；2005年至今在浙江理工大学理学院工作，其中2010-2011年到美国 University of Houston访学一年。目前主要从事生物信息学研究，研究方向是生物序列分析的数学模型构建、大规模测序数据的分析模型和信息挖掘。曾主持和参与完成浙江省自然科学基金3项，现主持和参与国家自然科学基金3项，主持和参与浙江省自然科学基金2项，获浙江省钱江人才项目、省高校中青年学科带头人培养项目等资助。已发表学术论文30多篇，其中被SCI收录27篇。
