科研工作:

王冰教授一直从事营养素对神经和智力发育的相关研究，有丰富的研究经验，在营养学领域具有国际影响的杂志发表多篇学术论文，其中SCI收录20篇，论文被引用85次。
主持过5项澳大利亚国家级研究课题和3项国际知名企业资助课题，科研总经费达1200万（折合人民币）。2002年其研究项目《The nutritional significance of sialic acid in human milk: a precursor of brain gangliosides》获得澳大利亚国家科技协会颁发的科技进步奖，申请并获得多项专利：

教育背景:

 王冰，教授，1982年毕业于天津医科大学临床医学专业，并于天津医科大学附属二院新生儿科从事临床、教学和科研工作14年。1996年到澳大利亚留学，于澳大利亚悉尼大学分子及微生物生命科学院人类营养室学习，获得博士学位，进而完成了博士后的研究工作。现任澳大利亚国家健康医学研究委员会研究员，任澳大利亚营养学会委员、澳洲科技学会终身委员及澳大利亚营养学会悉尼分会常务委员兼司库，现被厦门大学聘为讲座教授。
